FAQ

TiDB lab credit allows you to access labs on the TiDB Hands-on Lab platform. Starting a lab requires a credit cost, usually between 2 and 15 credits. These credits are non-refundable and will be deducted immediately each lab start. Promotional free credits expire 365 days after being issued, while purchased credits have no expiration date. Expiring free credits will be used first, and paid credits will only be deducted once all free credits have been used.

Each lab credit costs $1 USD. Except for purchasing lab credits directly from the lab platform, TiDB Labs provides several ways to access lab credits. New users receive 5 free credits valid for one year. Complimentary credits are also available for those who purchase TiDB certification exams and as a benefit for attending selected TiDB events and webinars.
