Description
Agentic patterns are now widely adopted in the SDLC, especially code generation. There is also a lot of experimentation being done on the product and services side. However, a third dimension is being overlooked, agents empowering the operations of a SaaS, is still underexplored.
The vendors who master agentic operations first will compound a margin advantage their competitors can’t match. The term AgentOps is contested today, but the direction it points to is still early days.
