In the workshop, we will go through:
– Setting up a TiDB Cluster
– Scale out the cluster in different ways for different loads
– Scale in for cost-effectiveness / dynamic workload
– HTAP; Extend with analytics capabilities with the optional column store, TiFlash
– Stream your database changes to Kafka with TiCDC
– Time travel with SELECT … AS OF TIMESTAMP and FLASHBACK TABLE
